
Italian sportswear and footwear manufacturer Diadora has launched a new line of running shoes, the Equipe Corsa, which is named after one of the brand’s first running shoes, introduced back in 1970. The novelty is positioned by the manufacturer as ultra-light sneakers for running and training, with increased cushioning of vertical loads. And designed mainly for use in the warm season.

The upper part of the shoe is made of translucent nylon with reinforcement, which, in areas of increased wear, is additionally reinforced with polyurethane material with a microfiber structure. There is practically no lining inside, only in the heel area there is a soft mesh fabric. In addition, an anatomical Ortholite insole is located inside, consisting of a layer of shock-absorbing foam, as well as a thin layer of conductive fabric with antibacterial treatment.

The outsole of the Equipe Corsa running shoe has a multi-component structure consisting of a wide two-component cushioning of Light EVA and FlexSoft, the latter forming the forefoot of the midsole. In addition, a flexible external arch support is used, as well as a separate outsole made of soft rubber in the forefoot, and more durable Duratech 5000 material in the heel. The average weight of a pair of men’s running shoes is 424 grams (8.5 US).

To date, the new Diadora Equipe Corsa running shoes are presented by the manufacturer in two design options, both in men’s and women’s styles. The recommended retail price is announced at the level of 150 US dollars. You can place an order directly through the official online store.
