Knife brand ESEE Knives will soon launch a new ESEE-DC6 utility knife designed by survival practice expert Dave Canterbury and will be part of a standalone Camp Lore series. The ESEE-DC6 is a handy balanced knife designed in a traditional style for use in bushcraft and hunting..


The presented knife has a full-tail design, the straight blade is made of 1095 high carbon steel, the hardness of the steel is stated at the level of 55-57 HRC. The ergonomic handle of the knife is formed by two gray polished linings made of Micarta material, the linings are fixed with three pairs of black hex bolts. There is a through hole for a lanyard.


The total length of the ESEE-DC6 knife is slightly more than 276 mm, the length of the blade itself is about 153 mm, the maximum thickness on the butt is declared within 4.8 mm. The total weight of the working knife, excluding the weight of a dense sheath made of light brown genuine leather, is about 311 grams.


The exact date of the start of sales of the new ESEE-DC6 utility knife from the separate Camp Lore series remains unknown. The retail value of the item will be within $160.
