
The collection of LED headlamps from the Chinese brand Fenix has recently been replenished with a new model under the commercial name Fenix HP30R. The key feature of the presented model is a separate sealed box with batteries, which can be attached to a belt or any other suitable equipment, and this unit can also be used as a portable power source for charging small devices.

The body of the headlamp is made of aluminum alloy, the tightness meets the IP66 standard, and the strength allows the device to endure a fall onto a hard surface from a meter height. The lantern is complemented by a plastic mount and an elastic headband with the ability to adjust. A pair of 18650 batteries are placed in a separate sealed box, which is made mainly of plastic with the addition of an external steel case with a clip. Flashlight dimensions: 77 x 52 x 34 mm, battery box size: 115 x 56 x 30 mm, total weight without batteries — 285 grams.

The design of the Fenix HP30R includes three white LEDs that can be activated simultaneously, two Cree XM-L2 LEDs and one Cree XP-G2 R5 LED with a maximum range of up to 61 and 202 meters, respectively. LEDs can work independently of each other in four brightness modes. Main LED: Low (30 lum, 83 h), Mid (130 lum, 21 h), High (400 lum, 6.5 h), Turbo (1000 lum, 4 h). Auxiliary LEDs: Low (5 lum, 400 h), Mid (130 lum, 23 h), High (400 lum, 6 h), Turbo (750 lum, 4 h).

The presented Fenix HP30R LED headlamp has already begun to appear in some official dealer stores, the average cost of new items is about $130 per set.
