Recently, the Gerber Gear brand has sent for free sale a limited series of Gerber G1-002 combat knives, which is based on the legendary Gerber Mark II combat knife model, developed in 1966 for US military personnel by American captain Bud Holzman. The one-piece textured handle with an integrated guard is made of aluminum alloy and covered with a durable Cerakote coating.
