American outdoor equipment manufacturer Mountainsmith, in addition to previously introduced new products, has released an updated collection of fanny packs, including models Drift 5L, Tour Small 6L, Tour 9L and Day 13L. All models are created using the same materials, and differ from each other in overall dimensions, colors and functionality, including the number of available pockets and compartments..

420 denier oxford and rip-stop nylon with a 210 nylon lining are used to create an updated fanny pack designed for different outdoor hobbies (hiking, camping, fishing, hunting). In addition, the design uses a quick-drying mesh, flexible damping foam and nylon lines of different sizes and densities. All provided zippers are manufactured by YKK.

The Drift 5L version (22 x 21 x 11 cm, 0.36 kg) features one zip compartment with internal organizer and three external compression pockets. The Tour Small 6L (24 x 22 x 9 cm, 0.7 kg), Tour 9L (29 x 25 x 13 cm, 0.79 kg) and Day 13L (33 x 30 x 15 cm, 0.8 kg) models have the same functionality, and differ between only in general dimensions. Unlike the first model, the bags have a separate compartment for a drinking system, a front pocket, two compartments on the belt and an additional removable shoulder strap.

Depending on the choice of model, the presented belt bags are offered in three to six color combinations. Suggested retail prices start at almost $50 for the Drift 5L, while the Day 13L is priced at around $90. It is possible to order new items directly on the manufacturer’s website.
