A new element of bivouac equipment is positioned by the manufacturer as a lightweight, compact, durable and quite effective shelter from wind and precipitation in mountainous conditions, which does not take up much space in a backpack and is quickly installed..

The MSR Ultralight Pro Bivy is made primarily from two materials. The bottom of the bivouac is formed by rip-stop nylon 15th density, which has a polyurethane Xtreme Shield with additional DWR impregnation. The overall water resistance of the bottom is declared at the level of 1200 mm id. Art. The top layer of the bag is made of rip-stop nylon 20th density, but without polyurethane treatment, but only with water-repellent impregnation, which allows you to create the necessary level of vapor permeability.

The overall dimensions of the bivouac bag MSR Ultralight Pro Bivy, and it is only announced in one size so far, does not exceed 224 cm in length and 90 cm in width, the dimensions of the packed bivouac are only 20 cm in length and 10 cm in diameter.
