Among the latest innovations from the Italian knife brand FOX Cutlery were the new models of folding pocket knives Munin (BF-747) and Echo 1 (BF-746, BF-746 OD), which are created under the relatively budget brand Black Fox. Both series are made using identical materials and designed by the well-known Danish craftsman Mikkel Willumsen..

The folding blade of both models, which is removed exclusively with a flipper and is fixed with a steel Liner-Lock lock, is made of 3.5 mm 440C stainless steel, the hardness of the steel used is declared by the manufacturer within 55-57 units on the HRC scale. An additional decorative coating is applied to the blade, as well as subsequent grinding by tumbling.

The Munin and Echo 1 handles are made with steel liners, polymer spacer and textured grips of the well-known G10 black or olive color composite. The handle is designed with a lanyard hole and a fully removable stainless steel clip. The fixing of the overlays is carried out with steel fasteners for a standard torx slot.

It is expected that free sales of new folding knives will begin in the first half of April. The recommended retail price of the Black Fox Munin and Black Fox Echo 1 models is the same and will be about 45 euros.
