
This year, fans of the black-and-orange series of survival knives and accessories from survival skills expert Bear Grylls can rejoice in a big update. Gerber has expanded its Bear Grylls Survival series with twelve new additions. New additions include the Paracord Fixed Blade, Ultimate Pro Fixed Blade, and Ultra Compact Fixed Blade knives.as well as the Grandfather Knife multitool, Survival Hatchet small hatchet and Compact Parang parang machete.



All new items are made using different types of stainless steel of Chinese origin, namely 3Cr13MoV, 5Cr15MoV, 7Cr17MoV and 9Cr19MoV grades. Nylon, thermoplastic or polyurethane is used to create a black and orange handle. The cost of knives and tools varies from $32 to $60.



In addition to the knives, the series has been expanded with other small survival items, including a small compass, a paracord bracelet, a small flashlight, a durable belt with a survival kit, a compact rescue blanket and a poncho.
