
Alkotel Electronic Systems has announced the launch of a series of smartphones on the Android OS platform under the teXet trademark to the CIS market. Protected smartphone teXet TM-3200R with support for two active SIM-cards is one of the three announced novelties. Smartphone weighing 195 grams will run Android OS (Android 2.2)will be able to provide support for WIFI, Bluetooth, 3G, GPS and enjoy FM radio.

Protected smartphone teXet TM-3200R will be IP67 (dustproof and waterproof) and dressed in a shockproof black case with bright orange accents. Touch 3.5″ TFT (480 × 320 pixels) display is protected by durable 1.5 mm thick glass made using Gorilla Glass technology. The phone is equipped with a 2000 mAh lithium-ion battery. Also in the arsenal there is a 5 MP camera with LED flash, a processor with a frequency of 800 MHz, 512 MB RAM, a slot for microSD and aGPS memory cards.
