Maxpedition recently posted a short video showing the design features of the new 15L AGR Riftpoint 15L backpack. This utilitarian novelty, as a larger version of the AGR Riftblade 30L, is based on the shoulder pad of the AGR Rifcore 23L series and is part of the specialized AGR (Advanced Gear Research) collection..
The AGR Riftpoint 15L Backpack is crafted from a combination of 500 Hex Ripstop Nylon and 1000 Plain Weave Nylon. The back and elements of the suspension system are made of a three-dimensional mesh, which is complemented by perforated foam. The inside is lined with 420 density nylon. YKK brand zippers, Duraflex Xlite series plastic fittings.
In its design, a small shoulder pad includes two organizers on the front side, a hidden compartment for handguns and a main compartment with two pockets and a cover for a drinking system, or a laptop of the appropriate size.
The Maxpedition AGR Riftpoint 15L will go on sale this September and will be available in three colors (Gray, Tan and Black). Suggested retail price is $179.
