American knife brand Cold Steel recently posted on its YouTube channel a short video showing the presentation of the Kiridashi folding pocket knife, which was introduced among the key novelties of this season. The knife stands out for its small size, blade shape and Tri-Ad lock, which was developed by Andrew Demko based on the Back-Lock lock..
In the Kiridashi pocket knife model, the blade is made of 3 mm 4034SS (54-56 HRC) stainless steel, steel liners and textured Griv Ex overlays are used to form the handle. The total length of the open knife is 165 mm, the length when folded is 102 mm, the length of the blade itself is almost 64 mm. The weight of the model is not more than 68 grams.
The Cold Steel Kiridashi Folding Pocket Knife is available for order directly through the manufacturer’s official website, with a suggested retail price of around $43.
