Manufacturer of high-quality and innovative military tactical equipment, the American company FirstSpear, today officially introduced a completely new line of adaptive platform pouches called FirstSpear Multimag. The new pouches are mainly distinguished by their original adjustable magazine fixing system, which allows using one model of the pouch for different weapon systems, as well as directly adjusting the magazine retention force..
According to preliminary information, the new pouches will be made mainly of durable and water-resistant medium density Cordura nylon material, inside the pouches will be covered with a thin layer of anti-slip material. On the outside of the pouch there are characteristic cutouts for attaching additional equipment and reducing the overall weight, as well as two straps for placing the pouch on various platform systems, including standard PALS-slings.
To adjust the internal volume of the pouch and the degree of compression, the original and patented FirstSpear Rapid-Adjust system was developed, which works on the same principle as the well-known Boa System fast lacing system used in various models of casual and sports shoes. The swivel mechanism tightens and fixes the reinforced cable, which in turn tightens the walls of the pouch to the size of a particular magazine.
The featured FirstSpear Multimag adaptive pouches will be shown live at the upcoming ADS Warrior Expo East, which will take place July 13-14 in Virginia Beach, USA. The future cost of pouches, depending on the choice of colors (Black, Coyote, Ranger Green, Manatee Grey, MultiCam), will vary from 49 to 51 US dollars.
