Böker Plus has started accepting orders for a new version of the Böker Plus Vox F3 Pocket Knife, which has been designed by well-known Danish craftsman Jesper Voxnæs, since the beginning of this week. All changes in the new version of the folding knife affected only the blade, or rather the steel from which it is made, instead of CPM S30V, CPM S35VN is now used.
The CPM S35VN stainless steel blade with a claimed hardness of 59-60 HRC is complemented by a smooth shaped escutcheon and a titanium alloy frame-lock. The handle is fixed with four steel bolts, including the axial one. The design of the handle includes a lanyard hole and a wide clip, which, like the spacer, is made of anodized titanium.
The length of the open folding knife Böker Plus Vox F3 does not exceed 204 mm, folded 120 mm, the thickness of the handle is slightly more than 14 mm, the length of the blade itself is 85 mm, the maximum thickness on the butt is exactly 5 mm. The total declared weight of the pocket knife does not exceed 189 grams. To extract the blade, characteristic oval holes are provided at the base.
The Böker Plus Vox F3 Folding Pocket Knife (CPM S35VN) is only available in one version and the updated model has an MSRP of $260.
