Due to the huge popularity of the latest version of the Böker Plus Vox F3 folding knife, which was designed by the well-known Danish craftsman Jesper Voxnæs, the Böker Plus brand decided not to stop there and this week introduced a new series of pocket folding knives Böker Plus Vox F3 II. The series initially included three versions: Böker Plus F3 II Titan, Böker Plus F3 II CF and Böker Plus F3 II G10, which differ only in handle materials and, accordingly, in cost.
The Böker Plus Vox F3 II model differs from the basic version of the Böker Plus Vox F3 only in overall dimensions and weight, the design and material used in the manufacture are absolutely identical. The blade of the shortened version is made of CPM S35VN stainless steel, the manufacturer declared hardness in the range of 59-60 HRC. The handle of the knife is formed by a titanium Frame-Lock type lock, which is complemented by a smooth titanium overlay, or a carbon fiber overlay, or from a cheaper, but no less practical G10 material.
The full length of the reduced folding knife model is no more than 182 mm, the length of the blade itself is 76 mm, which is only 14 mm less than the basic version, the maximum thickness on the butt is at least 3.9 mm. The total weight of the knife, depending on the choice of handle option, varies from 99 grams, the weight of the Böker Plus F3 II CF model, to 124 grams, the weight of the Böker Plus F3 II Titan.
The presented knives of the Böker Plus Vox F3 II series are already available for order on the official website of the manufacturer, the recommended retail price of Böker Plus F3 II Titan, Böker Plus F3 II CF and Böker Plus F3 II G10 will be 170, 160 and 150 euros. Among other things, Böker Plus is preparing the release of base models with G10 and carbon fiber linings on October 16th.
