The Tough Tool collection from the Schrade brand has been supplemented with a new compact multi-tool Schrade ST11 (Schrade Tough Tool Multi-Tool ST11), which should soon arrive on the shelves of online stores. The new multitool is made entirely of stainless steel and includes no less than nine functional elements.
Almost all elements of the new multitool are made of Chinese 2Cr13 stainless steel, the hardness of the steel used is 51-53 HRC. The dimensions of the multitool when folded do not exceed 104 mm in length, 51 mm in width and 19 mm in thickness, the total weight of the tool is almost 179 grams. The total length of the tool with the removed blade is 158 mm, the length of the blade is 72 mm.
The functionality of the tool includes spring-loaded pliers (nose-nose pliers, pliers, wire cutters, wrench), a knife, scissors, a file, a bottle opener, a screwdriver for a straight and cross slot, as well as a clip for easy wearing on clothes or equipment.
The new Schrade ST11 multitool comes in a thick polyester case with a belt loop and is priced at around $50, with some stores already accepting pre-orders for as low as $40 a set.
