Next spring, in addition to the new Barken hiking boots, the Swedish brand Haglöfs will expand its separate LIM (Less Is More) collection, which brings together lightweight outdoor clothing, shoes and equipment, with several new items. Complementing the shoe line is the LIM Strive GT, a series of minimalist hiking shoes designed in collaboration with ASICS based on the previously released LIM GT..

The Haglöfs LIM Strive GT will be available in men’s and women’s versions, as well as LIM Strive Mid GT and LIM Strive Low GT. The top of the sneaker is made of stylized synthetic leather (polyurethane) and nylon, inside is a soft mesh and a two-component Gore-Tex membrane material. The heel is finished with a stabilizing TPU overlay.

The sole of the Haglöfs LIM Strive GT has a multi-component structure and is made using modern ASICS technology. The intermediate cushioning layer forms a layer of flexible Solyte foam, which is less prone to deformation during prolonged use and is lighter than EVA variations, and GEL cushioning inserts in the front and rear of the hiking shoe. The outsole is made of tough and durable AHAR+ TPU material. The height difference between heel and toe is only 5mm.
