The well-known Italian manufacturer of specialized footwear, Zamberlan, has launched a completely new series of shoes this year called Speed Hiking. So far, this series only presents the new high and low models of Zamberlan Crosser trekking shoes. In the Crosser model, the company has embodied advanced technologies and materials from world brandstrying to make shoes as light as possible, well ventilated, without losing strength and protecting the foot.
The upper of the Zamberlan Crosser is made with a combination of different synthetic materials, including the classic Cordura, Cordura reinforced with Kevlar and additional polyurethane impregnation, the tongue of the sneaker is made of Lycra. The heel and toe are reinforced with a dense layer of thermoplastic. The lining is a Gore-Tex membrane, the water-repellent and breathable lining is complemented by a flexible antonymous Z-Comfort Fit insole. The Crosser outsole is made by combining an EVA midsole with a Zamberlan Vibram® Speed-Hiking trekking outsole.
The Zamberlan Crosser trekking shoe is available in high and low, women’s and men’s models, as well as black, red and bright green, with a suggested retail price of $185.
